Dr. Varol Received a Letter of Appreciation from President Nazarbayev
ARMS Lab principal investigator Dr. Atakan Varol received a letter of appreciation for his contributions to Nazarbayev University from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The letter was delivered to Dr. Varol by Nazarbayev University President Shigeo Katsu at the beginning of the End-of-Year Meeting on 14 December 2017. This meeting, dedicated to Kazakhstan’s Independence, highlights the distinguished accomplishments of the year at Nazarbayev University.
Dr. Varol stated that he feels privileged and honored for his work to be recognized by President Nazarbayev. He also stated that he will continue to work relentlessly with his departmental faculty members, researchers and students until Nazarbayev University gains its rightful place among the top universities of the world.
